There are a lot of ways to incorporate mindfulness into your life, and sometimes that means buying mindfulness and meditation gifts. These meditation gifts can help you or someone in your life who is trying to be more mindful and bring more peace into their lives.
There are a lot of meditation gifts and ideas out there that may seem to promote mindfulness. However, you should but be wary of the ones that disrespect another spiritual practice – and only have the intent of making a quick buck. Instead, buy these meditation gifts that actually enhance and support your spiritual practice and the origins it was derived from. These are some of the best meditation gifts to buy someone… or yourself.
Table of Contents
1. Incense Sticks Bundle

Incense sticks are a great gift that enhances your meditation practice. In Ayurveda, we learn that every one of our 5 senses affects who we are and reflects the state of our bodies.
Aromatherapy is a huge concept in Ayurvedic and Yogic studies because it almost instantaneously stimulates the part of the brain and causes a reaction. Based on the type of person you are, choosing the right fragrance is key.
This bundle of incense sticks has varying fragrances that pacify or calm anyone. Add this to a meditation gift basket and you’re set!
2. Meditation Pouf Pillow

Meditation poufs are such a great room enhancer. Choose one that is comfortable and that fits in with your personality. If you are buying this as a meditation or spiritual practice gift for a friend, find out what colors they like first. Some of the colors may have a negative impact for people who subconsciously do not resonate with.
I love the options that come directly from India or Thailand. However, those are not as easy to get if you live in the U.S. Amazon does carry a variety of poufs that you can choose from.
One of my favorites is this brightly colored vintage pouf (from India) that brings me joy just to look at it.
3. Mala Beads

Mala beads are another great option for a gift to yourself or your loved one. If someone is starting out with their mediation practice and needs some help with chanting their mantras, mala beads have to be the best meditation gift you can give them.
Not only do they have a great purpose, but they are also a visual reminder that universal energy is near and within you. The beads represent wholeness, which reflects the oneness of who we are.
Rudhraksha beads are the most popular in Southern India for those on a spiritual journey. They are also very inexpensive.

4. Meditation Singing Bowls

Oh how I love the sound of a good singing bowl. I have this Buddha singing bowl that I purchased on Amazon, and it has a very pleasant tune. Like all singing bowls, there is a skill to get them going, but once you do, everything vibrating around you tends to quiet down.
They are used in Feng Shui as a way to remove negative energies from a room. They are so pretty to look at and can be used as a display piece in your home too. I have mine displayed in my display unit.
5. Meditation Blankets

Who knew they made meditation blankets? Not me. Until I found this blanket one that I use when I practice Yoga Nidra. This is a comfy blanket that is not too light but not too heavy either.
It’s just perfect enough to cover if you get cold during your meditation. You can just lay it on the couch after you finish your meditation – as a room enhancer. Or it could be taped to a wall as a piece of wall art too.
Mediation blankets are a great gift for people who are starting the practice of meditation, or who are aficionados in the yogic world. Either way, this is a great gift for anyone, even yourself.
6. Meditation Chairs

This meditation gift is kinda large and in charge. And it’s a great gift! People who have backaches or find it difficult to sit in the lotus pose for a long time, will find these meditation chairs a godsend.
There are so many options that focus on different aspects or problem areas, so it’s a good idea to find out what your loved one needs before purchasing one for them. I have this one, but I have an article that you can read that offers multiple other options based on specific needs. The article details much more than I can state here. Read it to find out more.

Zen gardens made for your desk are an efficient way to soothe anyone. And they make a great meditation present for anyone who needs a little zen throughout the day. The act of raking through the sand and working on placing the objects in the sand is a slow and calming activity for your mind. It’s a sure way to relieve some stress during the day. Definitely a meditation gift for you and your loved ones.
There are a ton of options available on Amazon (and elsewhere online) to buy from, but this one from Lots of Zen, is great. It is really cute, inexpensive, and has a 5 star rating on Amazon too.
