There is a lot of benefit in the practice of meditations, but doing them in the morning will reap the most benefit. This is a 10 minute morning guided meditation provided by Great Meditation. The guide’s voice is calm and soothing and helps you through your breathing and counts with your. She continues to speak to you t keep your focus on your meditation. This does help you no wander. Good for beginners!

This is another 10 minute meditation. The guide speaks less in this one, but the background sounds of the ocean waves keep you and your breathing focused and calm. This is also good for those who need a guided meditation for anxiety and stress. Try this in the morning to set the tone for the day. This could also be used multiple times a day during a stressful situation. It can also be used before bedtime.

Since the guide’s voice is not very active, you will have to make sure that you are in a position to not fall back to sleep. The sounds of the ocean waves are extremely calming and I find myself back asleep once the voice stops guiding me. That is not a negative on the video; it is just how good the video works to calm your mind and body.

This has to be one of my favorite morning meditations that is guided by such a calming voice. Not only is this voice calming, her words are very effective and impactful in generating peace, gratitude, and compassion. This should be done first thing in the morning to see its effectiveness during the day. Subconsciously, this affects how you will interact and react with whatever comes your way. As you practice this more and more, you will experience peace and gratitude exponentially.

Try this meditation within a few minutes of waking up. If you are still in bed and want to meditate, sit up in lotus position and give this meditation a try. As the guide mentions, while you are close to your dream state, you can generate the feeling you want to experience in your day. Set the feeling for your day and conquer it during the day. You will be moving in this meditation session. If you want an interactive meditation practice in the morning, this is it.

An easy guided meditation that helps you focus and center your mind. The guide provides subconscious suggestions that prep you to help center you and give you self-power to lead your day in a clear, and focused way.  Suggestions may sound scary, but positive suggestions are the same as positive affirmations that you say (or should be saying) to yourself daily, anyway.
